The simplicity of this low table combines materials in their purest form: a spare yet sturdy steel frame supports a slender piece of black Richlite® with an ever so slight taper to its edge. A pristine frosted glass shelf is suitable for books and magazines. Richlite® is a new product, made from paper pulp harvested in certified managed forests in North America (for more information go to www.richlite.com).
From my design notes: “Once again I look, as I have for years, at the designs that the foam and the wake make on the surface of the water, this lace which is incessantly made and unmade.” Albert Camus
